About the Role

This is a full-time, office-based position with no out of office appointments. You will play an important role in taking new instructions from won to live on the market, supporting both sales, lettings and accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Preparing property details and marketing materials
Liaising with clients and relevant third parties
Completing compliance checks and maintaining accurate records
Processing invoices, payments and basic accounts administration
Supporting the sales, lettings and accounts teams
Managing general administrative and office tasks

Hours and Salary

Salary: Negotiable based on experience
Contract: Full time, permanent, 37 hours per week
Working pattern: Monday to Friday only, no weekends or bank holidays
Branch Opening Hours: Mon - Thurs: 9am to 5:30pm, Fri: 9am to 5pm, Sat: 10am to 4pm. We close on Sundays, bank holidays, Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve.

Essential Skills & Experience

Excellent computer skills
Previous administrative and accounts experience
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Strong attention to detail and confidence working with numbers
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Professional, proactive and client-focused approach
Ability to prioritise tasks in a busy environment

Desirable Skills & Experience

Previous estate agency or property experience
Experience using CRM or accounting software
Knowledge of property compliance requirements
Bookkeeping or accounts administration experience

Personal Qualities

Positive attitude with a good sense of humour
Professional, friendly and approachable
Excellent organisation and time management
Able to work independently and as part of a team
