Responsibilities

Assist in preparing ingredients and assembling baked goods according to recipes and quality standards
Support the bakery team in food production tasks such as mixing, shaping, and decorating baked items
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery workspace, adhering to food safety regulations
Help with inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring ingredient levels
Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene at all times
Support the baking process by operating basic equipment under supervision and assisting with oven management
Contribute to a positive team environment by communicating effectively and supporting colleagues during busy periods

Skills

Experience or interest in food production, baking, or culinary arts is highly desirable
Knowledge of food safety practices and proper hygiene standards in a kitchen setting
Ability to follow detailed instructions and recipes accurately
Strong organizational skills with an eye for cleanliness and safety compliance
Previous kitchen or restaurant experience is a plus but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
Basic cooking skills and familiarity with kitchen equipment will help you succeed in this role
