Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Housekeeper and play a vital role in maintaining a clean, welcoming, and comfortable environment. This energetic position offers the opportunity to ensure high standards of cleanliness through dedicated commercial cleaning and janitorial practices. As a Housekeeper, you will be the cornerstone of creating a positive impression for visitors and residents alike, contributing to a safe and hygienic space that everyone can enjoy. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will help uphold our commitment to excellence every day.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including floors, windows, furniture, and fixtures, using commercial cleaning equipment and supplies.
Maintain cleanliness standards by dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste properly.
Restock supplies such as toiletries, paper products, and cleaning materials to ensure continuous availability.
Follow established safety protocols and use appropriate personal protective equipment during all cleaning activities.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management for swift resolution.
Adhere to company policies regarding hygiene standards, confidentiality, and respectful interactions with staff and visitors.
Assist with special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning tasks as needed to uphold high cleanliness standards.

Experience

Prior experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is highly preferred.
Demonstrated ability to operate cleaning machinery such as vacuums, floor buffers, or carpet cleaners is advantageous.
Strong attention to detail with a proactive attitude toward maintaining cleanliness and safety.
Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.
Good physical stamina and mobility to perform repetitive tasks involving standing, bending, lifting, and moving supplies throughout shifts.
