Miracle Workers Agency Ltd

Office Administrator:

Miracle Workers Agency is a small, privately owned live-in care agency.

We are looking for an office administrator to work full time at our offices in Abergavenny. You will report directly to the Registered Manager. You must be well-educated, and able to think on your feet, have excellent communication skills and work well under pressure. Computer literate, you will also be highly organised, able to prioritise your workload, and work well within a small team. Previous experience in the care industry is beneficial but not essential.

A varied and interesting position, your main duties will include:

General Office Admin

Answer and direct telephone calls

Order and maintain office stationery and supplies

Organise maintenance and safety testing of equipment

Maintain general office tidiness

Open and distribute incoming post

Frank the post and take it to the post office at the end of the day

Maintain carer post redirection service

Administrative and clerical support to care managers

Send out confirmation of cost letters and consent forms to clients/their representatives

Scan and upload documents to Nourish

Collate and send out client information packs

Maintain a spreadsheet of accidents/incidents by country

Maintain electronic filing system and archiving

Send out client/carer mailshots

Salary: In the region of £27,000 per annum pro rata depending on number of hours worked

Location: Sterling House, Lewis’s Lane, Abergavenny, Monmouthshire NP7 5BA

Hours: Approximately 20 hours per week. Can be flexible but must be between 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday

All applicants must be eligible to work in the UK. References will be required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £27,000.00 per year
