We are seeking an exceptional and passionate Head Chef to lead the talented culinary team at the Royal Hotel. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced chef to oversee kitchen operations and deliver outstanding dining experiences in a welcoming and vibrant hotel environment. What You'll Be Doing:

Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, ensuring food preparation, service, quality, and presentation consistently meet high standards.
Lead, manage, and inspire the kitchen team, supporting their development and creating a positive and motivated working environment.
Ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, hygiene, and food safety are maintained at all times.
Manage stock control, ordering, food costs, and kitchen budgets effectively to support a profitable operation.
Develop and implement seasonal menus that showcase fresh, high-quality, and local ingredients.
Work closely with the wider hotel management team to ensure a consistent and exceptional dining experience for our guests.
Support the recruitment, training, and ongoing development of the kitchen team.
Maintain a strong focus on guest satisfaction, responding positively to feedback and continually looking for ways to improve the dining experience.

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience as Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a similar quality venue.
A proven track record in menu design, implementation, planning, recruitment, and training.
Strong leadership qualities.
Experience with Procure Wizard beneficial but not essential.
Ability to develop and motivate a team.
Strong planning and organizational skills.
Excellent attention to detail and high standards.
Effective communication at all levels.
