Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hospitality Manager to oversee the daily operations of our esteemed establishment.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a comprehensive understanding of guest services, and a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality experiences. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated team, ensure operational excellence, and uphold the organisation’s reputation for outstanding service.

This is a live-in position, offering accommodation as part of the employment package.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Oversee guest relations, resolving any issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Manage daily operational activities, including reservations, check-ins, and check-outs.
Coordinate with human resources to recruit, train, and develop staff members.
Implement and uphold organisational policies, health and safety standards, and service procedures.
Develop strategies to enhance guest experience and optimise operational efficiency.
Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, motivation, and professional growth.
Ensure compliance with all relevant legal requirements and industry standards.
Promote organisational values through effective communication and leadership.

Requirements

Proven supervising experience within the hospitality industry, preferably in hotel management.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide diverse teams.
Excellent guest service skills with a focus on exceeding customer expectations.
Experience in human resources functions such as training, and staff development.
Knowledge of hospitality operations, including reservations systems and front desk management.
Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Professional demeanour with excellent communication skills—both verbal and written.
Previous hotel experience is preferred but not essential; relevant hospitality experience will be considered favourably.
