Admissions Officer

£28,561 per annum

37.5 hours per week

Permanent

About the Role:

As an Admissions Officer you will have the exciting opportunity to support applicants as they take their first steps towards their dream career, guiding them through the enquiry and application process, including:

Providing advice on prospective courses, entry criteria and other related matters
Processing applications for College and University courses, including arranging interviews and issuing offers
Matching examination results against offers and confirming places
Creating and maintaining applicant records
Assisting with the coordination of Open Days and applicant events

About You:

We’re looking for someone eager to be part of a dynamic team working in a varied role that encompasses the whole range of courses that Hartpury offers, from A Levels and Diplomas to undergraduate, postgraduate and PhD programmes.

Committed to providing a high level of customer service throughout the applicant journey
Have an eye for detail to ensure that we are collecting and maintaining accurate data
Experience of working in an administrative function
IT proficient with experience of using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
