You’ll play a key role in keeping things running smoothly across multiple sections—coordinating meetings, supporting senior managers, managing financial processes and handling sensitive HR activities with professionalism and care. From minuting key meetings, running recruitment to organising induction programmes and supporting cross-department projects, your work will directly contribute to an efficient, high-performing service.

You’re highly organised, proactive, and thrive in a busy environment where priorities can shift quickly. You bring:

Solid experience in a business support or administrative role
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Confidence using IT systems (including finance systems such as SAP or similar)
The ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and stay calm under pressure
Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
