Full job description

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Holiday Let Cleaner to join our team. At one of the most prestigoues holiday homes in the south west - with bookings 52 weeks of the year. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that holiday rental properties are impeccably clean and welcoming for guests. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for hospitality and cleanliness to contribute to a high standard of guest experience. The position is paid and suitable for those who take pride in their work and enjoy maintaining pristine environments.

Responsibilities

Thoroughly clean and sanitise all areas of holiday rental properties, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces.
Change bed linens, towels, and replenish amenities as required.
Ensure all surfaces are dusted, vacuumed, mopped, and disinfected to meet company standards.
Report any maintenance issues or damages to management promptly.
Manage cleaning schedules efficiently to ensure properties are ready for incoming guests.
Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times during cleaning procedures.
Restock cleaning supplies and ensure equipment is maintained in good working order.

Skills

Previous experience in hotel or hospitality cleaning is highly desirable.
Janitorial experience will be considered an advantage.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently under time constraints.
Good organisational skills to manage multiple properties effectively.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude towards guests and team members.
