Kitchen Porter (evening shifts/ part-time)

Nestled within Scotland's oldest working whisky distillery, The Glenturret Lalique Restaurant offers a truly unique dining experience and is proud to hold two Michelin Stars. Led by Executive Chef Mark Donald, our team is passionate about delivering exceptional food, world-class service and unforgettable guest experiences.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Evening Kitchen Porter to join our dedicated team.

About the Role

As a Kitchen Porter, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of our award-winning kitchen. Working alongside our chefs and front-of-house team, you will help maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, organisation and food safety throughout the restaurant.

Your responsibilities will include:

Maintaining exceptional levels of cleanliness and hygiene across all kitchen areas
Operating and managing dishwashing equipment
Ensuring crockery, cutlery, glassware and kitchen equipment are cleaned and stored correctly
Supporting chefs with cleaning routines and kitchen organisation throughout service
Assisting with waste disposal, recycling segregation and storage procedures
Following health, safety and food hygiene standards at all times

About You

We are looking for someone who:

Takes pride in delivering high standards of cleanliness and presentation
Has a positive, can-do attitude and enjoys working as part of a team
Is dependable, flexible and willing to support wherever needed
Thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment
Has strong communication skills and a commitment to excellent guest experiences
Brings enthusiasm, energy and a willingness to learn

Previous experience is beneficial but not essential as full training will be provided.
