With its traditional decor and warm hospitality, the Savoy invites guests to unwind and savor the essence of rural Wales.

Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at the Savoy. As a vital member of our hospitality team, you will play a key role in ensuring that our guests enjoy a clean and comfortable environment during their stay.

This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your skills will be valued. If you are reliable, have a background in customer service or hospitality and enjoy maintaining cleanliness and order, we encourage you to apply for this role.

Responsibilities:

Perform thorough cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, and polishing furniture
Change bed linens and make beds in accordance with hotel standards
Replenish guest room supplies such as toiletries and towels
Clean and sanitize bathrooms and restock amenities
Monitor and report any maintenance issues or damage to management
Assist with preparing our laundry for pickup / return by our laundry contractors
Uphold high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the pub/hotel premises

Requirements:

Previous experience as a housekeeper in a hotel or similar hospitality environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
Friendly and professional demeanor with a customer service focus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of health and safety regulations
