Full job description

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Clinical Assistant to join our healthcare team. As a Clinical Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our practice, assisting with administrative tasks, and providing excellent patient care. Our clinics are conveniently located in Well Street and Stoke Newington.

Responsibilities

Assist with daily administrative tasks, including data entry and clerical duties.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all information is up to date.
Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate patient flow within the clinic.
Provide support in handling phone inquiries with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.
Assist in preparing clinical documentation and reports as needed.
Ensure the office environment is organised and conducive to patient care.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to facilitate effective communication within the team.

Requirements

Strong clerical skills with experience in data entry and administrative tasks.
Excellent organisational abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to type efficiently and accurately.
Demonstrated phone etiquette skills for effective communication with patients and staff.
Previous experience in a clinical or healthcare setting is an advantage but not essential.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
We are looking for someone who is happy with a zero-hour contract.
Able to work weekends
