Job Description

Clementine Services is a respected provider of trade services & green installs in the Northeast of England with national ambitions.

We are a talented collective of tradespeople looking to expand our team as we have new work coming in. Our industry is growing and there are exciting opportunities ahead.

Duties of the General Labourer will include:

Site Preparation: Cleaning and preparing construction sites, and building and taking down scaffolding and temporary structures
Assistance: Assisting skilled tradespeople in their duties
Material Handling: Loading and unloading materials and equipment, transporting materials around the site, and replenishing stock
Communication: Following instructions from supervisors, and reporting to the site supervisor or foreman. Reporting issues or concerns to the site manager in a timely manner
Minor repairs and maintenance: Flagging, fencing, and guttering
Operating tools: Using basic hand and power tools, such as a pressure washer, gas and electric leaf blower, tape measure, and chalk line
The ideal candidate will have a good attitude and strong work ethic.

Full time self-employed role.

Experience: 2 years(required)

Vacation: 20 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays
