Full job description

DSP Drainage & Plumbing carry out both plumbing and drainage works with clients in and around the M25 and surrounding area.

The successful candidate will be required to carry out general office duties along with using our job logging systems. The candidate will be invoicing on our Xero accounting system. The candidate will also be asked to assist where necessary in admin tasks in a small and friendly office environment within easy access of the A2.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with a good understanding of Excel, are essential. The role will suit anyone who is versatile and can adapt to what is required on a daily basis.

Hours of work will be Monday to Friday 8.30-5pm. 20 days holiday entitlement plus bank holidays. One week in 4 will include Out of Hours phone cover (to be discussed at interview)

Summary

In the role of Administration/Accounts Assistant, you will be integral to the financial operations of the organization, reporting directly to the office manager.

We are a growing company and looking to increase our client base, part of your day will be arranging sales meetings with prospect of new clients for DSP Drainage.

Your core skills in accounting software, particularly Xero, will be essential for managing accounts payable and performing data entry tasks accurately. Your skills in tools like Xero will support financial services and ensure efficient processing of transactions. Strong communication skills will be vital for collaborating with team members and contributing to a streamlined administrative process. Join us to enhance our financial efficiency and support our organizational goals.
