Sales Administrator

Location: Mansfield, Nottinghamshire
Full Time | Office Based

About Us

Treanor Pujol is a leading nationwide supplier of concrete beam and block flooring systems and insulated beam and block flooring solutions.

We supply customers throughout the UK, including national and regional housebuilders, groundworkers, builders’ merchants, developers and private residential clients.

Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit a Sales Administrator to join our busy sales office.

The Role

As a Sales Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting our sales team and ensuring customers receive a professional and efficient service.

Your responsibilities will include:

· Receiving and processing customer enquiries.

· Liaising with our estimating team to obtain quotations.

· Issuing quotations to customers.

· Processing customer orders accurately.

· Maintaining customer records and updating internal systems.

· Liaising with customers regarding deliveries, orders and general enquiries.

· Working closely with colleagues to ensure projects run smoothly.

· Providing excellent customer service at every stage of the sales process.

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

· Organised and able to prioritise a busy workload.

· Friendly, professional and customer-focused.

· Confident communicating by telephone and email.

· Accurate with excellent attention to detail.

· A good team player with a positive attitude.

· Comfortable working to deadlines in a fast-paced office.

Previous experience in sales administration, customer service or office administration would be an advantage but is not essential, as full training will be provided.

A full UK driving licence is preferred.
