Location: Derby
Salary: £40,000 OTE (£29k basic per annum + commission)
Benefits: Excellent remuneration package inc: 23 days Annual Leave (including Christmas shut down) + Bank Holidays , Early finish Fridays, Team socials and industry-leading uncapped commission structure, paid monthly.

The Opportunity: Due to continued growth, Lobo Systems is looking to grow our sales team to help fuel further expansion.

Your Role: As a Sales Executive at LOBO, you'll embark on an exciting journey of engaging with prospective clients and making vital first impressions. We need someone with self-motivation, a goal-oriented mindset, and a flair for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Collaboration is key, as well as the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Outreach: Reach out to a mix of cold & warm leads to introduce LOBO and schedule engaging online demonstrations of our revolutionary product.
Product Demonstrations: Conduct seamless demonstrations via platforms like Microsoft Teams (ability to perform physical demonstrations is a must)
Relationship Nurturing: Follow up with clients via email and phone, gather feedback, and guide them towards the next steps.
Lead Management: Pass hot leads to the Technical Sales team for further engagement.
