Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and creativity
Engage with guests warmly, taking orders, offering recommendations, and ensuring their satisfaction
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards
Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible serving and prevent over-intoxication
Manage multiple drink orders efficiently using basic math skills for accurate measurements and billing
Restock bar supplies as needed to ensure smooth service throughout shifts
Collaborate with team members to create an upbeat, energetic environment that encourages guest enjoyment

Qualifications

Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant service, or bartending preferred but not required; eagerness to learn is key!
Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol serving practices
Strong time management skills to handle busy periods effectively
Excellent communication skills for engaging with diverse guests and team members
Ability to perform basic math accurately for drink mixing and billing purposes
Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining a positive attitude
