Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our executive team. This dynamic role requires a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating exceptional administrative skills and a positive, can-do attitude. As a vital part of our team, you will help streamline daily operations, manage schedules, and ensure smooth communication across departments. Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate complex calendars, appointments, and meetings for executives
Handle incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
Prepare and organize documents using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
Conduct data entry tasks accurately within various systems, including QuickBooks and other accounting software
Assist with travel arrangements, including booking accommodations and transportation
Maintain organized filing systems for administrative records and correspondence
Support general office operations by performing clerical tasks such as copying, scanning, and mailing
Ensure timely follow-up on action items and correspondence to keep projects on track

Requirements

Proven administrative experience with strong organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Calendar)
Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is highly desirable
Excellent typing speed and data entry accuracy
Strong office experience with familiarity in clerical tasks and office procedures
Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment
