Overview

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Front of House Supervisor to lead our hospitality team with enthusiasm and professionalism. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily front-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while managing a dynamic team of service staff. Your leadership will foster a welcoming atmosphere, uphold high standards of service, and ensure smooth restaurant flow. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary knowledge, hospitality expertise, and supervisory skills in a vibrant environment committed to excellence.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate front-of-house staff to deliver outstanding customer service at all times
Ensure all guests receive prompt, friendly, and professional attention in line with company standards
Oversee food and beverage service, including serving, food preparation oversight, and barista duties as needed
Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and waitlist to optimize table turnover and guest satisfaction
Enforce food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards across the dining area
Train new team members on service protocols, safety procedures, and hospitality best practices
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, or special requests with positive resolution strategies
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless communication between front and back of house operations

Experience

Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality setting
Extensive restaurant experience with a strong understanding of food preparation and food safety standards
Demonstrated leadership skills in team management and staff development
Familiarity with culinary processes, food production, and kitchen operations is highly desirable
Previous experience in hotel or barista roles adds valuable insight into diverse hospitality environments
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices for maintaining hygiene standards
Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude
