Job Summary:

Ticopti Technology Services Ltd is looking for an IT Support Specialist to provide dependable technical assistance and help keep workplace technology running smoothly. This role is a good fit for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, supporting users, and learning about different technology systems in a practical business environment.

What you'll do:

Respond to everyday IT support requests
Help users resolve hardware and software issues
Set up and maintain computers and workplace equipment
Assist with user accounts, access, and basic system settings
Troubleshoot common connectivity and technical problems
Record support requests and track outstanding issues
Help maintain IT equipment and documentation
Escalate more complex technical matters when needed
Support software updates and routine IT tasks
Work with colleagues to improve day-to-day technical support

Requirements:

Experience in IT support, technical support, customer service, or a related area
Basic understanding of computers, software, and common IT systems
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Clear communication and a helpful approach
Comfortable assisting people with different levels of technical knowledge
Good organisation and attention to detail
Willingness to learn new technologies
Relevant IT training or experience is welcome
