Full job description

A vacancy has arisen for an individual to undertake a wide range of medical secretarial duties within the Medicine Directorate

You will be proficient in using Microsoft packages with previous administrative and secretarial experience and have excellent time management, communication and organisational skills

Educated at HNC or equivalent you must possess a high standard of work processing and audio typing. A sound knowledge of medical terminology is essential for this post. Experience of hospital IT systems would be advantageous.

You will be required to comply with the Code of Conduct for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland throughout your employment.
