An opportunity exists to join our experienced management team on a temporary basis until December 2026.

JOB TITLE: Temporary Office Administrator

LOCATION: Dunfermline

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

Macari Hill Civil Engineering are looking for a Temporary Office Administrator to join our management team to provide administration support to the Management and Operations Team. Experience working in a construction related office is desirable but not essential.

A competitive, market driven package will be offered to the right candidate.

Role / Responsibilities

Work with the Operations Team and Office Manager on various tasks as required
Provide support to ensure ISO9001:2015 Management System is administered
Maintain and update training records and organise training where necessary
Lead in the upkeep of registers and records to comply with company processes
Assist in organisation of training and maintaining training register.
Work with Operations team to ensure fleet management is up to date.
Arrange weekly accommodation and subsistence for operatives.
Provide support to operations team and administer plant hires and material POs.

Skills / Qualifications

Relevant experience.
Effective communication skills
Strong IT Skills, with a strong working knowledge of Office 365 and its Apps.
Ability to manage a large volume of work
Ability to work under pressure, take the initiative and act with accountability
Ability to work as part of a professional team

Job Type: Full-time, Temporary

Experience:

Project Administration: 2 years + (preferred)

Licence/Certification

Work Location: Office

REPORTING TO: Office Manager

Hours: Monday to Friday - 39 hrs.

Salary: £ Highly Competitive with Incentives
