Requirements for our Support Workers:

We're looking for people who are ready to use their people skills to make a lasting difference in a rewarding new career, whether you’ve worked in demanding environments like the prison service, police, emergency services or the armed forces, you'll be:

Able to demonstrate strong people skills with a genuine passion for helping others

Fully flexible and able to work and travel across the North East
In possession of a Full UK Driving licence and right to work in the UK (we are not able to offer sponsorship)

Experience working with young people is helpful, but not essential as we’ll give you the tools you need to succeed in your career with us.
