Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Domestic and Commercial Cleaner to join our professional cleaning team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness across a variety of residential and commercial premises. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional service. Prior experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is highly desirable, but full training will be provided for the right candidate. The position is paid and suitable for those seeking part-time or full-time employment.

Duties

Perform cleaning duties in both domestic and commercial environments, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces
Clean and maintain restrooms, kitchens, and communal areas to a high standard
Use appropriate cleaning equipment and eco-friendly products effectively and safely
Ensure all areas are left tidy, hygienic, and presentable after each cleaning session
Manage cleaning schedules efficiently to meet client deadlines
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management
Maintain a professional appearance and conduct oneself courteously when interacting with clients and colleagues

Requirements

Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided
Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality standards
Ability to work independently and efficiently within allocated timeframes
Good organisational skills and reliability
Physical fitness to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
A positive attitude and commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards
Flexibility to work during weekdays, evenings, or weekends as required
