About TGM
TGM is a specialist roof maintenance company with over 29 years of industry experience delivering planned and reactive roofing maintenance solutions across the UK. We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Roof Maintenance Operations Manager to support our expanding operations and field-based Roof Maintenance Engineers (RMEs).

This is a hands-on operational role combining office-based management with regular UK travel to sites. The successful candidate must be prepared to access roofs, work at height, and inspect works in real time alongside Roof Maintenance Engineers to ensure safety, quality, and operational standards are consistently maintained.
