Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Cleaner to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across various commercial spaces. Your energetic approach and commitment to quality will ensure that our facilities meet high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Responsibilities

Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming to keep all areas spotless.
Maintain cleanliness of restrooms by sanitizing fixtures, replenishing supplies, and ensuring hygiene standards are met.
Dispose of waste properly and ensure recycling procedures are followed diligently.
Clean windows, glass surfaces, and fixtures to ensure clarity and shine.
Use commercial cleaning equipment such as floor buffers, carpet cleaners, and pressure washers safely and effectively.
Follow health and safety guidelines to prevent accidents and maintain a safe working environment.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management for quick resolution.

Qualifications

Prior experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
Strong attention to detail with a proactive attitude towards cleanliness standards.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time efficiently.
Good physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that involve standing, bending, lifting, and moving equipment.
Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and safety procedures is advantageous.
Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork.

The hours of work required are 5pm - 7pm Monday to Friday

Pay: £12.71 per hour

Work Location: In person
