Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Education Advisor to inspire and guide learners on their educational journeys. In this dynamic role, you will serve as a trusted mentor, providing expert advice, personalized support, and strategic planning to help students achieve their academic and career goals. Your energetic approach will motivate learners to unlock their full potential and navigate the complexities of educational pathways with confidence. Duties

Provide comprehensive guidance to students on choosing suitable courses, programs, and educational institutions based on their interests and aspirations
Assist learners in developing clear academic plans and setting achievable goals for their educational success
Conduct one-on-one advising sessions to address individual challenges, questions, and progress updates
Collaborate with educators, counselors, and external partners to coordinate resources and support services for students
Organize workshops and informational sessions on admissions processes, scholarship opportunities, and career pathways
Maintain accurate records of student interactions, progress reports, and advising outcomes
Stay informed about current trends in education policies, programs, and industry requirements to deliver up-to-date advice

Requirements

Proven experience in teaching or educational advising with a strong understanding of academic counseling techniques
Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and engage diverse learner populations
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple student cases effectively
Ability to assess individual needs and provide tailored guidance aligned with each learner’s goals
Knowledge of various educational pathways, including higher education options, vocational training, and online learning platforms
A proactive attitude with the enthusiasm to support learners through their educational journeys
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, Counseling, or a related field (preferred)
