Overview

Join our dynamic team in as a Hospitality and Janitorial Associate, where your energy and attention to detail will create a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining cleanliness, ensuring smooth operations, and delivering exceptional service that enhances the overall experience. Your dedication will help foster a safe, tidy, and inviting atmosphere that reflects our commitment to excellence in hospitality.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning and maintenance of guest areas, restrooms, and common spaces to uphold high standards of hygiene and appearance
Assist with guest inquiries, providing friendly and efficient service to ensure a positive experience
Monitor and manage janitorial supplies, ensuring all cleaning equipment is well-maintained and stocked
Support hotel staff with light administrative tasks related to cleanliness schedules and safety protocols
Conduct routine inspections of public areas to identify and address cleanliness or safety issues promptly
Follow established health and safety guidelines to maintain a secure environment for guests and team members
Collaborate with team members to coordinate cleaning schedules during peak times or special events

Requirements

Previous hotel experience or background in hospitality is highly desirable
Proven janitorial or cleaning experience with a focus on quality and attention to detail
Strong understanding of sanitation standards and safety procedures within a hospitality setting
Excellent communication skills with the ability to assist guests courteously and professionally
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
A proactive attitude with a passion for creating welcoming spaces for all visitors
