Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Plasterer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for applying plaster and related materials to interior and exterior surfaces, ensuring high-quality finishes that meet project specifications. Your expertise will contribute to creating durable, aesthetically pleasing walls, ceilings, and facades. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from residential buildings to commercial developments, utilizing your craftsmanship and technical skills to deliver exceptional results.

Responsibilities

Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and applying primers to ensure optimal plaster adhesion.
Mix plaster materials accurately according to manufacturer specifications for consistency and quality.
Apply plaster using hand tools such as trowels, hawks, and floats, ensuring smooth, even finishes.
Use power tools and equipment safely for mixing, sanding, and surface preparation.
Perform masonry and bricklaying tasks when necessary to support plastering work on structural elements.
Collaborate with carpenters, masons, roofers, and welders on integrated construction tasks.
Inspect completed work for quality control, addressing any imperfections or defects promptly.

Requirements

Proven experience in plastering, masonry, or related trades with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
Proficiency with hand tools such as trowels, floats, and spatulas; experience with power tools is a plus.
Knowledge of bricklaying, roofing techniques, welding basics, and carpentry skills enhances versatility.
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately for precise application of materials.
Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift heavy materials, and work in various weather conditions.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to safety standards on-site.
