Vehicle Technician/ Diagnostic Technician

Location: Epsom

Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum + uncapped bonus + £2,000 joining bonus

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm
Saturday 8:30am – 12:30pm on a rota basis

We're looking for a skilled Vehicle Technician to join our friendly and supportive workshop team. Whether you're already an experienced technician or looking for the next step in your career, you'll work with some of the world's leading automotive brands while receiving ongoing manufacturer training and genuine opportunities to develop.

As the automotive industry evolves, you'll gain hands-on experience with the latest petrol, hybrid and electric vehicle technology, ensuring your skills stay ahead of the curve.

What you'll be doing

As a Vehicle Technician you'll:

Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs to manufacturer standards.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical and electronic faults.
Complete warranty and repair work accurately and efficiently.
Carry out vehicle health checks and report any additional work required.
Work safely and follow workshop processes and manufacturer procedures.
Collaborate with your colleagues to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Keep accurate job records using workshop systems.

What we're looking for

You'll ideally have:

NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician.
Good diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
Pride in producing high-quality work.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
A full UK driving licence.
