Full job description

Trainee Architectural Technician / Site Surveyor at Archilink Surveys.

Location: London (with travel as required)
Job Type: Full-time, Monday–Friday (9:00am – 5:00pm)

We are looking for a confident and reliable individual to join our growing team in London as an Architectural Technician / Site Surveyor. This role is primarily site-based to begin with, offering a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field. Full training will be provided.

About the Role:

You will be working across various project sites, carrying out surveys and supporting project delivery on location.

Your responsibilities will include:

Attending sites to carry out LiDAR-scanned surveys
Operating LiDAR equipment to capture accurate site data
Producing technical drawings using AutoCAD and Revit
Liaising with clients on-site
Working collaboratively to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard

NOTE: No previous experience using Lidar scanners are needed as full training will be provided.

We’re seeking someone with a positive, can-do attitude who is eager to learn and willing to go the extra mile to get the job done right.

Essential requirements:

Based in London or nearby
Full UK driving licence
Right to work in the UK
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Good IT skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit (essential)
Willingness to travel.

Desirable (but not essential):

Experience in surveying, architecture, or a related field
Interest in Autodesk software: AutoCAD, Revit etc.
