Location: Oxygen House, Exeter Business Park, EX1 3LH (on site)

✨Term: Part-time, permanent - office based

Hours: 24 hours per week: 9:30 - 18:00 Wednesday - Friday.

Salary: £16,200 pro rated (27,000 Full Time Equivalent) plus generous company benefits

The Role

As House Services Coordinator, you’ll be the welcoming face of Oxygen House - delivering a warm, professional front-of-house service, while supporting the smooth delivery of events, activities and workplace initiatives that make our environment feel exceptional. This role is perfect for someone seeking predictable part-time work.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide a professional and welcoming first point of contact for clients, visitors and colleagues
Maintain a visible and responsive presence in the building, ensuring front-of-house standards remain consistently high
Support the planning and delivery of internal events and activities
Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure visits and events run smoothly
Bring forward ideas to continuously improve the workplace experience
Assist with sourcing suppliers and supporting sustainable operational practices
Contribute to projects and initiatives led by the Head of House

About you

You will bring:

Excellent customer service skills with a welcoming approach
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Good judgement and a practical, solutions-focused mindset
Confident communicator, able to build great relationships.
A collaborative and positive, team-oriented approach
Initiative and the ability to work independently
An interest in sustainability and high-quality workplace environments
Competence in Microsoft Office
