Salary: Basic up to £35,000 | OTE up to £39,800 (depending on experience)

Due to an internal promotion, Vertu Land Rover Exeter is looking for a talented Service Advisor to join our successful and established team. About the Role

As a Service Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer journey. Acting as the link between our customers and workshop, you’ll ensure every interaction reflects the high standards expected from a luxury brand.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Managing customer relationships from initial booking through to vehicle handover
Setting clear expectations and providing regular updates on progress
Liaising with the workshop to ensure efficient service delivery
Identifying opportunities to upsell additional products and services
Ensuring every customer leaves with a first-class experience

About You

We’re looking for a confident, customer-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

What you’ll bring:

Previous experience in a customer-facing role (essential)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
A passion for delivering outstanding customer service

Experience as a Service Advisor is beneficial but not essential—we will provide full training for the right candidate.
