Self employed Door-to-Door Appointment Setter (Target-Based Role)

Earnings: £70 for every confirmed appointment, plus a £100 bonus for every pitch that turns into an installed customer

We provide solar-panel installations, battery-storage systems, insulation solutions and heat pumps, supported by professional consultations, installations and ongoing customer care.

Due to continued growth, we are expanding our field marketing team and are seeking target-driven individuals who thrive in a performance-based environment.

The Role

This is a target-based appointment-setting role. Your success will be measured by the number of confirmed appointments you generate and the quality of those appointments.

You will speak with homeowners in assigned areas, introduce PlanetBloom’s services, and secure qualified appointments for our specialist team.

You will not be required to carry out technical surveys or close sales at the door.

Performance Targets

In this role, you will be expected to work towards the following targets:

Consistently achieve a set number of confirmed appointments per week
Maintain a high standard of appointment quality and accuracy
Support the conversion of appointments into installed customers
Contribute to overall team performance targets
Demonstrate consistent daily activity levels in assigned areas

Performance will be reviewed regularly, and high achievers will be recognised and rewarded.

Responsibilities

Speaking with homeowners in assigned target areas
Introducing PlanetBloom and explaining our renewable-energy solutions
Identifying suitable homeowners for consultation appointments
Booking confirmed, qualified appointments
Recording customer information accurately and professionally
Meeting daily and weekly appointment targets
Representing PlanetBloom in a professional and respectful manner
Following all company compliance, data protection and customer service standards
Supporting a positive customer experience at all times

Payment Structure

This is a highly performance-driven role:

£70 for every confirmed appointment created
£100 bonus for every pitch that results in an installed customer
No cap on earnings – your income is directly linked to your performance
Additional recognition and rewards for top performers

Full qualifying criteria for confirmed appointments and installation conversions will be provided during training.

Self-disciplined and able to work independently
Comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods
Strong communicators with attention to detail
Consistent in achieving daily and weekly targets

Interested in performance-based earning potential

Previous experience in door-to-door sales, canvassing, lead generation or appointment setting is beneficial but not essential, as full training is provided.
