Full job description

This exciting opportunity is for a Customer Service Administrator to join our Customer Service Team, playing a key role in delivering service excellence. The successful candidate will effectively manage customer queries and ensure solutions are provided efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle all customer queries and enquiries promptly and effectively, delivering a high standard of customer service
Keep customers informed of any delays or updates in a timely manner
Accurately input and manage customer bookings using the FleetPlus system
Maintain up-to-date and accurate data across FleetPlus and other systems
Produce and distribute daily transport and performance reports within set deadlines
Liaise with the Transport Allocations team regarding bookings, movements, and operational issues
Act as a key point of communication between customers and the Transport team
Communicate with drivers to gather information on job progress where required
Assist with customer pre-call activities
Support the achievement of transport KPIs
Work closely with the Sales team to support both existing and prospective customers
Review upcoming work to identify and resolve errors or anomalies
Confirm or reject bookings where necessary

About You:

Previous office-based customer service experience is desirable
Strong communication and organisational skills
High attention to detail and ability to multitask
Proactive, problem-solving mindset
Willingness to learn and develop within the role

Additional Information:

A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential due to the location

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £28,300.00 per year
