Job Advert

Job Title: Client Accounts Assistant

Salary: £30,000

Location: Hampton Hill / Hybrid

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:45 - 5:30

As an Accounts Assistant for the finance department, you will contribute to our business success in one of our lettings finance teams:

Main Responsibilities

Raising fee invoices to clients.
Chasing overdue rent.
Resolving payment and invoice queries.
Monitoring emails.
Running reports.
Liaise with internal teams
Assist with month end reporting.
Chase fee debtors.
Processing tenant refunds.
Collaborate with credit control team.
Assisting with payment runs.
Posting receipts.
Processing refunds.
Bank reconciliations.
Any other ad hoc duties as required.

Skills and Experience

GCSE Maths and English at Grade 4 preferred but equivalent work experience would be considered.
Positive attitude.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Attention to detail.
Reliable.
