Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive cleaning duties in commercial environments, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces.
Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, kitchens, hallways, offices, and common areas according to established standards.
Handle waste disposal efficiently and ensure recycling protocols are followed.
Use cleaning equipment and supplies safely and effectively to maximize results.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to ensure a secure workspace.
Follow health and safety regulations diligently to create a hazard-free environment.
Support team members with additional cleaning tasks as needed to uphold cleanliness standards.

Skills

Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is highly desirable.
Ability to operate cleaning machinery such as floor buffers or carpet cleaners is a plus.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality work.
Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled shifts.
Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and reporting issues.
Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive cleaning activities throughout the shift.
