Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Kitchen Manager to lead our culinary team and ensure the smooth operation of our kitchen. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of food preparation, cooking, and food safety, while fostering a positive, efficient, and high-energy work environment. Your leadership will be vital in maintaining exceptional service standards, managing kitchen staff, and delivering delicious experiences that delight our guests. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in restaurant or hospitality kitchens who thrives on teamwork, innovation, and excellence.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily kitchen operations, ensuring all food preparation and cooking meet quality standards and safety regulations.
Lead and motivate kitchen staff, including cooks, bartenders, servers, and other team members to deliver outstanding service.
Oversee food production processes to ensure timely delivery of high-quality dishes while managing inventory and minimizing waste.
Maintain strict adherence to food safety protocols and sanitation standards to ensure a safe environment for staff and guests.
Coordinate with front-of-house teams to support seamless service flow, including barista and bartending duties when necessary.
Implement training programs to enhance culinary skills, food presentation, and hospitality excellence among team members.
Manage scheduling, performance evaluations, and team development initiatives to foster a motivated and skilled workforce.

Experience

Proven supervising experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality setting with a focus on kitchen management.
Extensive culinary experience with skills in food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety practices.
Familiarity with restaurant operations including barista work, bartending, serving, and general food production.
Strong leadership abilities with a track record of team management and staff development.
Knowledge of hospitality industry standards, hotel experience is a plus but not required.
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality.
Experience with food safety certifications and compliance regulations essential for maintaining operational excellence.
