Full job description

Mon Motors are seeking a motivated and organised Parts Advisor to join our busy Parts Team at Cheltenham Audi. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a solid understanding of vehicles who thrives in a fast-paced automotive environment.

As a Parts Advisor, you will play a key role in ensuring our workshop receives the correct vehicle parts quickly and accurately, while maintaining high standards of administration and stock control

Hours Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm 1 in 2 Saturday AM 8.30 - 12.30

In this role you will be:

· Working within our busy parts department, sourcing and supplying vehicle parts for retail customers and workshop vehicles

· Selling a range of genuine accessories

· looking up and ordering parts from our electronic parts system

· Monitoring and maintaining stock levels

· Receiving parts into stock

· Data and document handling

· Be ensuring that you have up to date product knowledge

· Be ensuring that you are up to date with all processing and administration

In order to be successful for this position you will:

· Be IT literate and have experience of working in an environment using system and processes

· Previous VAG experience would be an advantage

· Be a team player used to building effective working relationships.

· Be organised and have a good attention to detail

· Have previous experience within a similar role

· Have good communication skills
