Qualified Flexible Childcare Workers Needed – Gloucester

Locations include: Gloucester, Barnwood, Longlevens, Hucclecote, and Quedeley

Pay: £13.80–£16.80 per hour

About the Role

We're growing our team of reliable, flexible Childcare Workers to cover nurseries, preschools, and primary schools across Gloucester.

Youchoosework connects vetted, caring individuals with local childcare providers who need flexible cover during short-term staff absences. Whether you're a parent, a student balancing work with study, a retired childcare professional, or someone returning to work, this role lets you work entirely on your own terms.

What You'll Be Doing

Covering shifts in registered childcare settings and schools across Gloucester
Working with children aged 0–11 in nursery, preschool, and primary school settings
Helping settings maintain safe staff-to-child ratios so they can keep delivering quality care
