Who Are We?

The Percy Hedley Foundation is one of the largest regional charities supporting people with a range of learning and physical needs. We have five sites providing specialist education, adult day services, residential care and independent supported living to our service users. Our sites are based in Forest Hall, Killingworth, Jesmond, Newcastle City Centre and North Shields.

The Role

We are looking to appointment an individual to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Estates and Facilities team. This role will support the wider team in the efficient management of buildings, facilities, maintenance services, contractors, and compliance activities.

The postholder will assist in coordinating planned and reactive maintenance, managing records and documentation, processing financial transactions, and supporting the delivery of safe, effective, and compliant facilities services.
