Role Overview
Recreational Sporting Ltd is seeking a highly organised, proactive, and customer-focused Account Executive to join the PlayFootball Agency Bookings Team. This role is integral to the smooth operation of our pitch booking and venue management services, providing administrative and account management support across a portfolio of client contracts.
The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring all booking, invoicing, and payment processes are managed efficiently and accurately. Working closely with the Head of Operations and wider team, you will contribute to the continued growth, profitability, and operational excellence of the PlayFootball Agency.

Key Responsibilities
Account Management & Client Support
- Manage and maintain a portfolio of assigned client accounts and venue relationships.
- Build and develop professional, positive, and productive relationships with clients, customers, and venue partners.
- Act as a key point of contact for client enquiries, ensuring all communications are handled professionally and promptly.
- Support clients with booking-related issues, contract queries, and service requests.
Customer Service & Communications
- Monitor and manage multiple client inboxes daily.
- Respond to inbound email enquiries and support requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Handle customer requests and enquiries through the company's CRM system, ensuring all actions are accurately recorded and resolved.
- Deliver a high standard of customer service, ensuring a positive customer experience at every interaction.
Booking Administration
- Process pitch bookings and customer contracts accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure booking records are maintained and updated within internal systems.
- Coordinate booking amendments, cancellations, and customer requests in line with company procedures.
- Support operational planning through effective administration of booking schedules and venue availability.
Revenue Collection & Financial Administration
- Generate and process customer invoices accurately and within agreed timescales.
- Monitor outstanding balances and support debt collection activities through professional and effective communication.
- Liaise with customers regarding payment queries and overdue accounts.
- Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and reporting information.
Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, administrative procedures, and reporting requirements.
- Maintain accurate records across all customer, booking, and financial systems.
- Produce reports and administrative documentation as required by management.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.
Team Contribution
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the PlayFootball business to achieve operational and commercial objectives.
- Attend training sessions, team meetings, and company events as required.
- Provide support across different areas of the business during busy periods or as operational needs dictate.
- Contribute positively to team culture and company success through a proactive and solutions-focused approach.
