Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Domestic Cleaner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across various residential and commercial properties. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to contribute to a clean and comfortable environment for our clients, ensuring their satisfaction through meticulous attention to detail and professional service.

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces.
Ensure all areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and organisation.
Handle specialised cleaning tasks such as window cleaning, carpet shampooing, and organising clutter as required.
Assist with laundry and ironing services when necessary.
Use appropriate cleaning equipment and eco-friendly products to achieve optimal results.
Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to management promptly.
Maintain a respectful and courteous attitude towards clients at all times.
Follow health and safety guidelines diligently to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements

Previous experience in janitorial, hotel, or commercial cleaning is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate.
Knowledge of cleaning techniques and familiarity with cleaning equipment is advantageous.
Customer service skills to interact professionally with clients.
Basic cooking skills are a plus for assisting with light meal preparation or organisational tasks within client premises.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision whilst managing time effectively.
Organised, reliable, and punctual with a keen eye for detail.
Physical fitness to perform manual tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills in a fast-paced environment.
