Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Experienced Housekeeper to join our dynamic hospitality team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance of guest rooms and public areas to ensure an exceptional guest experience. Your energetic approach and commitment to high standards will help create a welcoming environment that guests will remember. Previous hotel experience and janitorial expertise are highly valued as you contribute to our reputation for excellence in hospitality.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to meet cleanliness standards.
Maintain cleanliness of public spaces such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and dining areas by adhering to established protocols.
Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, towels, and amenities to ensure guest comfort at all times.
Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold safety standards.
Follow health and safety guidelines diligently to promote a safe environment for guests and staff alike.
Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as scheduled by management to maintain high hygiene standards.
Collaborate with team members effectively to ensure smooth daily operations and deliver outstanding service.

Qualifications

Proven experience working as a housekeeper in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred.
Strong knowledge of janitorial practices, cleaning chemicals, and sanitation procedures.
Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards.
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Good physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that require standing, bending, lifting, and moving throughout shifts.
Prior experience in hospitality or related customer service roles is advantageous.
Reliable with a positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences.
