Full job description

Are you ambitious and wanting to become a lawyer? We are looking for highly motivated individuals who want to drive their career in law. Our Office Assistant role is an entry level route to a clear progression path in realising this ambition and you will be part of a highly regarded and well- established law firm in Wilmslow, Cheshire. You will join an already dedicated, friendly and pleasant working team. You will be expected to capitalise on full in-house training, full sponsorship towards the ILEX qualification as a Legal Executive and progress to becoming a lawyer. And if becoming a Solicitor is your ultimate goal then this is achievable too dependent upon your own ambition, endeavours and milestone achievements within your role.

Key Tasks:

Maintenance of physical post and physical items
Accurately actioning Medical Appointments
Accurate data entry of Medical reports
Processing the Incoming post in a timely manor
Accurately processing the Outgoing Post
Assisting the office with ad hoc requirements where instructed by the Office Services Manager

Experience:

No experience necessary – full training will be provided
Customer service experience desirable

Handling incoming and outgoing telephone calls
Desire to learn and develop skillset

Accuracy of date input

The hours are 37.5 hours per week with the need to be flexible with hours where necessary. You will be based in the Office.
