Job description

Philip James is one of Manchester’s largest independent property specialists, managing and selling assets worth over £1.15bn. At Philip James we provide a first class service to landlords and tenants, and we work hard to ensure their lives are made simpler and stress free.

We are looking for an enthusiastic person with good attention to detail to join our Maintenance team in a busy Property Management Department.

As a dedicated point of contact, the key responsibility of this role is to serve a group of landlords and tenants by dealing with all maintenance issues at their rented properties.

Booking and Attending Viewings: Connecting potential tenants with their perfect properties
First-Class Customer Service: Dealing with landlords and applicants providing exceptional service and exceeding their expectations every step of the way

Essential Requirements

A full clean driving license is essential.

Good knowledge of and experience within the Lettings industry would be preferable and an advantage for the role, but not a necessity.
