Full job description

Working closely with our External Sales Representatives, you will support the management and development of existing accounts whilst acting as a key point of contact for clients and colleagues alike.

The successful candidate will interface with a range of external customers and also our internal planning, production, purchasing, design, technical, dispatch and finance teams, to ensure that both customer and company requirements are met.

The hours are 34.5 hours a week. A Working Pattern of Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm:

Monday - Thursday - 7 hours

9am – 4:30pm (30-minute break)

9am – 5pm (1 Hour break)

Fridays - 6.5 Hours

9am – 4:00pm (30 -minute break)

9am – 4:30pm (1 Hour break)

Main duties:

Processing orders and liaising with the customer
Raising call-offs.
Creating stock sheets.
Managing stock levels
Working closely with other departments.

Qualities from Candidate:

Strong administrative skills with high attention for detail.
You will have a strong professional presence and the confidence to lead, influence and engage with a wide range of customers and colleagues.
Confident communicator at all levels.
Ability to multi-task whilst working on various jobs.
Able to work both on your own initiative and as part of the existing team.
Strong computer skills with knowledge of Word and Excel essential.
You must be able to work under pressure to meet required deadlines.
