The Opportunity

We're looking for a motivated and organised Warehouse Associate to become an integral part of our operations team. This is your chance to play a vital role in ensuring our world-class diagnostic products reach the right hands, at the right time, every time.

What You'll Be Doing

Managing dispatch and packing of products accurately and on schedule
Coordinating incoming deliveries and liaising with drivers to ensure seamless handovers
Overseeing specialist stock including dry ice and temperature-sensitive materials
Maintaining quality standards in line with ISO 9000/cGMP requirements
Conducting regular stock counts and replenishing departmental supplies
Collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams to keep operations running smoothly
Ensuring safe disposal of waste and expired goods in line with company practices

What We're Looking For

You're a hands-on, proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You bring:

Education: GCSEs in Maths, English, and Science (or equivalent)
Experience: 1+ year in a warehouse or similar operational environment
Tech Skills: Confident with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and operational databases
Knowledge: Solid understanding of warehouse functions, stock control, and dispatch processes
Attributes: Strong organisational skills, ability to meet deadlines, and a flexible, can-do attitude
Desirable: Fork Truck Licence is an advantage!
