The Role

We are seeking a Field & Office Sales Surveyor to act as the face of our company. Split between our Daventry head office and field visits, you will be responsible for visiting customer sites to conduct technical surveys, while also driving commercial growth. This role is perfect for someone who is equally comfortable building rapport with residential homeowners and negotiating high-value B2B deals with commercial partners.You will have the full backing of an established, supportive team. Because our operating area is vast, you must be agile and comfortable with travel, including occasional overnight stays (all expenses paid), to seize immediate business opportunities and deliver high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities

Site Surveys: Attend customer properties to perform technical surveys and assessments for installations.
B2B & Wholesale Development: Partner closely with internal team members (such as our Managing Director, Mark) to target, visit, and secure new wholesale and distributor business.
Commercial Agility: Act on immediate lead opportunities. If a high-volume commercial prospect gets the "green light," you must be ready to pivot, visit the client (taking demo equipment/tanks where necessary), and close the deal.
Quoting: Prepare accurate, timely, and professional quotes for both domestic installations and wholesale service agreements.
Reporting: Submit comprehensive weekly reports to management to track sales progress, site activity, and pipeline pipelines.
Customer Engagement: Provide a charismatic, professional service that upholds our company reputation across all sectors.
Collaboration: Work closely with the wider office and operations team to ensure seamless project delivery and account management.
