Join Our Team

A2 Tyre Supplies Ltd is a busy and growing tyre and automotive service centre looking for a friendly, organised, and customer-focused Sales and Service Advisor to join our team.

This is a customer-facing role at the heart of our business, helping customers both over the phone and in person whilst supporting the day-to-day operation of our tyre and garage services.

Key Responsibilities

Greeting customers and providing excellent customer service.
Booking vehicles in for repairs, servicing, tyres, wheel alignment, and other workshop jobs.
Answering incoming telephone calls and responding to customer enquiries.
Advising customers on tyre options and associated services.
Selling and promoting:
Tyres
Wheel alignment
Puncture repairs
Routine servicing
Brakes
Exhausts
General vehicle maintenance and repairs
Preparing quotations and explaining recommended work to customers.
Managing workshop schedules and bookings.
Processing invoices and payments.
Maintaining accurate customer records and job information.
Liaising with technicians to ensure work is completed efficiently and customers are kept informed.

What We're Looking For

Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Confident telephone manner.
Good organisational and administrative skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer literacy.
A positive, professional, and proactive attitude.
Previous experience in the motor trade, tyre industry, service advising, or customer service would be advantageous but is not essential for the right candidate.
